At DBS, we are committed to ensuring clarity and transparency in all financial matters. This section outlines our fee and payment procedures in detail to help families manage their investment in their child's education. Please see below for information on payment schedules and methods.

For registrations after the scheduled invoicing date for all terms, invoices will be issued immediately upon registration with a due date of 14 days from the invoice date or before the start of the school.
Late and overdue payments
Simple interest will be charged on a day-to-day basis on Tuition Fees which are unpaid. The rate of interest charged will be at 1.25% per month accruing on a daily basis. The parents shall also be liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by the school in the recovery of any unpaid Tuition Fees regardless of the value of the school's claim.
Forms of Payment
Methods of payment are:
**For payment by Direct bank deposit or bank transfer, a copy of the deposit slip or bank transfer must be given to the Finance Office by hand or scanned/screen image capture sent by email to [email protected] with the child’s name and student number as reference.
- Credit Card presented at the DBS Finance Office. A Credit Card Fee of 1 - 3% will be payable by the parent in addition to the invoiced Tuition and Fees.
- United Oversea Bank (UOB) Credit Card and Citibank Credit card No credit card fees charged for invoices paid in full on or before 31st March 2026.
- Cheque
- Payable to Denla British International School, as named Payee. The school will accept cheques from any third party paying on behalf of the parent and student, but it remains the parents’ responsibility to ensure school fees are paid before each term’s due date.
- Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
- Direct Bank Deposit/Bill Payment
- Bank Transfer to Denla British International School: Krung Thai Bank a/c 040-0-31628-5

Before One Privilege
Reserve a place before turning one year old
Admission fee waive (220,000THB)- Terms and Conditions for the ‘Before One’ Enrolment Privilege
- This privilege is applicable only to students who secure a seat before turning one year old.
- The privilege is available only for enrolment in Pre-Early Years or Nursery at DBS.
- The privilege is granted once the full Reservation Fee of 220,000 THB is paid.
- The Reservation Fee is non-refundable; however, the discount will be applied to your first term payment, with the remainder credited towards the Admissions Fee.
Sixth Form Privilege
Admission fee waive (220,000THB)
Terms and Conditions for the ‘Sixth Form’ Enrolment Privilege
a. This privilege applies only for students who apply for Year 12.
b. The privilege enrolment is only available for the academic year 2025/26 or the first day of the academic year 2026/27.
c. The Sixth Form Enrolment privilege is valid until 31st July 2026 or when the quota has been reached.
d. The privilege is granted once the full Reservation Fee of 220,000 THB is paid.
e. The Reservation Fee is non-refundable; however, the discount will be applied to your first term payment.
