Early last month at the finals of the VEX IQ Robotics Competition, our DBS Robotic Teams won the Thailand Championship, and secured a place to compete for the (online) World Championship at Dallas, Texas, in the US!<\/p>\n<p>This is an outstanding achievement, combining academic excellence with co-curricular activities. DBS students have competed against over 24 leading schools in Thailand, and 8 trophy categories, with DBS winning 6 of them!<span class=\"im\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here is the list of our winners.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elementary team:<\/strong> Ben, Freddie, Jayden, Ellena and Jonah<br \/>Teamwork Challenge Trophy \u2013 They beat all the other teams in the Driving Alliance challenge (including Middle School Teams).<br \/>Skills Challenge Trophy \u2013 Coding and Driving<br \/>Excellence Award \u2013 They are the Champions of Thailand and have won a place at the World Championships!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Middle School team<\/strong> 1: Tai, Lewis, Palm, Nammon<br \/>Design Award \u2013 Best robot and engineering notebook design<br \/>Excellence Award \u2013 They are the Champions of Thailand and have won a place at the World Championships!<br \/>They were also 2nd place in the Teamwork Challenge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Middle School team 2<\/strong>: Chess, Ethan, JK, Jedi<br \/>Sportsmanship Award \u2013 Best team spirit overall in games, interview and design.<br \/>They were also 2nd place in the Teamwork Challenge and 2nd place in the Skills Challenge<\/p>\n<p>In May, they will take part in the World Championships in Dallas, Texas, which will take place online.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
