In beautiful sunshine, the 4 great Houses of DBS took to the field to do battle in the prestigious House Tug of War competition. Introduced at Denla Fest last year, Tug of War became a firm favourite with students, parents and staff alike. This year was no different. To the sounds of the Rocky soundtrack blasting out over the speakers, the 4 teams showed massive determination, endeavour, strength and teamwork in competing to become the winning House. The final was a repeat of last years between Sandringham and Buckingham House and after a tightly contested battle, Sandringham House avenged the defeat and was crowned House Tug of War Champions.
Special mention must also go the parents and staff of Balmoral House who won the Adults Tug of War Competition.
