Musicians from the Khlong Toey Music Program (KTMP) and DBS gathered together to showcase what was an exciting culmination of a musical project that started a year ago, in which students from both institutions collaborated to co-write and co-produce a song. Called “Music Makes Me Free”, this song was borne out of a shared experience on how music has shaped and influenced their everyday lives. We were also fortunate to have esteemed Thai music producer K. Neung Jakkawal join in onstage as part of the band, lending his musical experience and skill to this community event.
