DBS Students Excel at 2023 Verso Hackathon

We are thrilled to announce that representatives from DBS participated in the 2023 Verso Hackathon, a challenge focused on finding solutions to reduce waste and create a positive impact in the areas of fashion, tourism, and food waste/pollution.

Over the course of two days, our students worked tirelessly to put together innovative and inspiring presentations, pitches, and prototypes that impressed the judges and showcased their dedication to making a difference in the world. The challenge question, “How might we create products and services to encourage conscious consumerism,” was a formidable task, but our students rose to the occasion and demonstrated their creativity, passion, and ingenuity.

We are extremely proud of our representatives for their outstanding performance at the hackathon. Their commitment to sustainability, environmental responsibility, and social impact is truly inspiring. We believe that our students have the potential to change the world and create a more sustainable future for all.
