Every year on April 22, Earth Day marks the anniversary of the environmental movement that first began in the 1970s. Since then, Earth Day continues to grow as a worldwide phenomenon focused on promoting clean living and a healthy, sustainable habitat for every living thing on this planet.
In celebration of this day, our Y3 students have been thinking about ways in which we could save our planet such as to ‘Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle’ to make the world more green and less polluted. Students have also expressed their ideas through poster designs to campaign for a public eco-mindset. Please see below our young students’ artworks about Earth Day they did during their Distance Learning at home.
