Head Boy – Lewis Gower, Year 8
Q: How did you feel when you were selected as Head Boy?
A. I felt really happy. This was my dream.
Q: What values resulted in you being selected as Head Boy, do you think?
A. I have experience in helping younger children learn and develop, and I had been selected for the School Council at my last school. I contribute as much as I can to DBS, for example in music.
Q: What specific contributions will you will make to the life of DBS?
A. I want to make everyone feel happy at DBS – to feel at home. I want to make everyone realise their responsibilities and encourage them to participate in charities to help other less fortunate children and the local communities.
Head Girl – Felicia Lisnah, Year 8
Q: How did you feel when you were selected as Head Girl?
Obviously, I felt incredibly happy – how fortunate I was to have been appointed. Additionally, I felt very glad that I have a chance to accomplish my goal. Lastly, I’m very honoured to be trusted to carry out this role, and to fulfil all the duties and commitments associated with it, to the best of my abilities.
Q: What values resulted in you being selected as Head Girl, do you think?
I think I have the courage, confidence and commitment to be Head Girl and I always take responsibility and put all my effort into my work.
Q: What specific contributions will you will make to the life of DBS?
To build a reputation for the school by supporting its ethos, and every aspect of DBS life, such as sport and music competitions, to make our school even more interesting, and attractive for students to join us.
