From the first whistle the girls showed tenacity in defence and speed in attack. Their superior height advantage paid dividends when rebounding Wellington College’s long range efforts, rapidly transferring the ball down the court to set up a lay up attempt in almost every attack. With a great all round performance from the JV girls team, it was hard to pick the two MVP’s for the match. A special mention should go to Fen Fen for her efforts at both ends of the court.
