Years 6 to 9, and Beacon students, had a very special presentation from Daniel Berdichevsky, the founder of the World Scholar’s Cup competition. Last week, 15 of our students returned from Manila after competing in this world-wide competition. Daniel came to DBS to talk to our students about his early life growing up in Chile, as well as his exciting University life in America. He explained his ideas behind the WSC competition, and how it has developed to where it is today. The students then had the opportunity to ask him questions, and throughly enjoyed listening to his inspiring stories. We would like to say a very big thank you to Daniel for visiting us at DBS!
