DBS students were crowned “Vex IQ Champions” in the recent robotics competition. Two of DBS Robotics Teams are the only Thailand representatives invited to compete in the World Championship in Kentucky, USA, after winning this competition in Bangkok last weekend.
The Elementary Boys Team of Ethan, Jedi, Kenji and IK, won the Excellence Award for the Elementary School Competition. The Middle School Boys Team of JK, Tai, Lewis and Tad won the Excellence Award for the Middle School Competition. Also, the Middle School Girls Team of Fen Fen, Fern, Pinky and Tonkao, came 4th place in the Skills Challenge.
They have been working hard to prepare their robots with Mr and Mrs Hall, and now the STEM skills (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths) they have been instilling at DBS have been highly effective for them to reach the global stage! Please join us in congratulating them!
