Tennis Rainbow Charity Tournament

One of our amazing days that truly reflected our loving, and friendly school community.

Together with Dunlop Thailand and TTA Tamarine Tennis Academy, DBS held the first ever Tennis Rainbow Charity Tournament on Friday 26th March 2021 to celebrate one of our successful co-curricular activities – tennis – as well as raise funds for the Rainbow House – home for children with disabilities.

The event wrapped up beautifully from afternoon to night time where students, parents, and staff came together whether to compete or to enjoy the games and the funfair. Everybody came home with a smile on their faces, and memories to be shared.

Special thanks go to Tammy Tammarine Tanasugarn – former Thailand’s number 1 and former top 20 world’s female tennis player, who partners with our ECA centre and provides great tennis programmes for our students. Also special mention goes to Dunlop Thailand who has sponsored this event, and to support the love for tennis, as well as the charty.

Last but not least, congratulations go to our students, parents, and staff who have shown great tennis skills on the courts. Here is the list of winners, many thanks to all contestants!

For 11 and under category:

For 11 and above category:
Winner: Niamh Y7
Runner up: Ohm Y7

Parent/staff competition
Winner: Mr Neeraj & Ms Natchavee
Runner Up: Mr Smith & Niamh Y7
